727 West Madison Apartments
727 West Madison (formerly known as One South Halsted) is a 45-story, 492-unit luxury rental tower with more than 10,000 square feet of retail space. At just under 500 feet, it will be the tallest building in Chicago’s West Loop upon its completion in late 2018.
One Grant Park Apartments
Designed by Rafael Vinoly, notable New York architect, One Grant Park will be a 792-unit, modern high-rise with a modular design that will complement and pay homage to Chicago’s tallest building, the 110-story Willis Tower. As the highly-anticipated, new addition to Chicago’s South Loop, One Grant Park will be the tallest tower constructed on the Southside of Chicago at 829 ft.
Macys on State Street

The neo-Renaissance-style building, which opened in 1893, was designed by Charles B. Atwood of the famed architecture firm D.H. Burnham & Company and first served as the home of another groundbreaking emporium—Marshall Field’s.
One Prudential Plaza (formerly known as the Prudential Building) is a 41-story structure in Chicago completed in 1955 as the headquarters for Prudential's Mid-America company. It was the first skyscraper built in Chicago since the Great Depression of the 1930s and the Second World War. When the Prudential was finished it had the highest roof in Chicago with only the statue of Ceres on the Chicago Board of Trade higher.
110 North Carpenter. McDonald’s is bringing its 2,000 corporate employees from its forested suburban campus to this modern nine-story building in the West Loop. The new headquarters has cement floors, metal and glass accents throughout, and amenities that would remind one more of an Apple store than a corporate headquarters.
Peoples/North Shore Gas Mock Town
Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas constructed a new 50,000 sf state-of-the-art training center in the Little Village neighborhood. The training center will help meet the changing needs and requirements associated with training the utilities’ current and future natural gas workforce. A mock “Gas City” with simulated natural gas delivery system pressurized by compressed air – the largest mock city training site in Illinois, will provide real-world training for natural gas workers.
